1. EMBASSY delivered the diplomatic note and attachment as requested
in ref B to Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding case 811
and received the following note back in reply:
The U.S. note and attachment for above case were given to MOFA in
final form on October 8, 2008.
The corresponding GOJ note number for the case is:
-4550/DNS-IN
2. The text of the GOJ note is exactly the same as previously used
standard text (ref A) except for the specification of number and
date above.
3. A certified copy of the U.S. note and attachment, and original of
the GOJ DNS-IN number, was pouched to the Department (ISN/NESS -
Robin DeLaBarre) on December 4, 2008 under registry no. 5723911.
