1. Embassy delivered the diplomatic note and attachment in ref B to
Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding case 808 and received
the following note back in reply:
The U.S. note and attachment for above case were given to MOFA in
final form on July 24, 2008.
The corresponding GOJ note number for the case is:
-34823/DNS-IN
2. The text of the GOJ note is exactly the same as previously used
standard text, ref A, except for the specification of number and
date above.
3. A certified copy of the U.S. note and attachment, and original of
the GOJ DNS-IN number, was pouched to the Department (ISN/NESS -
Robin DeLaBarre) on September 24, 2008 under registry no. 5723906.
