¶1. On December 12, Poloff delivered reftel talking points and
information to Saimir Repishti, Head of the UN Division at
the MFA. Repishti agreed that recruiting and retaining
qualified staff for the UN is a priority for the GOA, but did
not say what the GOA position was on the U.S. or other
proposals. He promised to pass the information to his
superiors for their consideration.
