(SBU) Poleconoff delivered reftel demarche on February 12 to
MFA UN Director Saimir Repishti and MOD Director of
Euro-Atlantic Integration Idriz Konjari. Repishti plans to
attend the Wellington Oslo Process meeting and take part in
the drafting process. He will also attend the follow-on
meeting in Dublin in May. He plans to listen with an open
mind and said that the GOA has not taken a position on the
issue.
