(SBU) Emboffs shared reftel points concerning the UN Security
Council's 1267 Committee's October 10 designation of three
Gulf-based Al-Qaida financiers with the Dutch Foreign
Ministry's Terrorism/New Threats Unit as well as with
Anne-Chris Visser, Senior Advisor at the Finance Ministry's
Financial Integrity Division. Visser said she would share
the information with the Dutch Intelligence and Security
Services (AIVD). Post will report on any substantive
information received or actions taken.
