and Finance Ministry contacts on September 26. Cees Roels,
MFA Deputy Director for Southeast and East Europe, said on
September 30 that the Dutch do not expect support debt
relief. Minister Developmet Koenders is looking instead to
fund development efforts associated with specific projects.
