The Dutch agree to co-sponsor UN General Assembly Compliance
Resolution. Pol-Mil Officer delivered reftel points on
September 11 to Ceta Noland, Senior Advisor in the Security
Policy Department, and the draft resolution on September 24
to Henk Cor van der Kwast, Head of Nuclear Affairs and
Non-Proliferation Division, in the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. Kwast appreciated the reftel B draft from ref B and
indicated that the Dutch would again co-sponsor the
resolution.
