(SBU) The Dutch have no assets to devote immediately to
escorting World Food Program vessels but will work through
the EU Coordination Cell for coverage of escort duties.
Pol-Mil Officer delivered reftel points on September 19 to
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Head of the Horn and West
Africa Division. The Dutch are committed to doing their part
for counter piracy operations and expressed a dedication to
developing the escort process through the use of the EU
Coordination Cell. (Note: Per reftel B, Dutch escorted aid
