1. In response to reftel, Mission is not aware of any
significant investment disputes involving the Dutch
government or any expropriation claims involving U.S.
citizens for the period of 2007 through June 1, 2008. This
message represents a coordinated response from Embassy The
Hague's FCS, FAS and ECON sections as well as CG Amsterdam.
