(C) In a May 16 phone call with Poloff concerning reftel A,
the Dutch MFA Lebanon desk officer Peter van der Bloemen
noted that the Dutch supported the May 16 statement of EU
High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security
Policy Solana. According to van der Bloemen, the Dutch
don,t want an agreement that subverts majority will or
rewards bad behavior. He added that the GONL believes the
Arab League six-point plan is a good way forward.
