Following up on reftel A, Poloff was informed that the Dutch
will be unable to produce a representative for the United
Nations Education, Scientific, and Cultural Organization
conference on youth political exploitation. Poloff informed
Willem-ten Doeschate on May 6, who forwarded on the
information to the Ministry of Education, Culture, and
Sciences. Despite the efforts to promote the conference, an
interested participant could not be found.
