1. (S) On May 13, Econoff shared reftel points concerning the
upcoming UNSCR 1267 listing request of 'Abd al-Rahman
Muhammad Jaffar 'Ali, Adil Muhammad Mahmud Abd al-Khalique,
and Khalifa Muhammad Turki al-Subaiy with Kim de Jong, Policy
Officer, Terrorism and New Threats Unit, Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. De Jong said she would share the information with
the Dutch Intelligence and Security Services (AIVD). She
indicated that the Netherlands generally does not co-sponsor
a listing request unless the individual or entity in question
has a connection with the Netherlands.
2. (U) Post will report on any substantive information
received or actions taken.
