(S) On May 9, Econoff shared reftel points concerning the upcoming UNSCR 1267 listing request of the Revival of Islamic Heritage Society (RIHS) with Anne-Chris Visser, Senior Policy Advisor, Financial Integrity Division, Ministry of Finance. Econoff shared same points May 13 with Kim de Jong, Policy Officer, Terrorism and New Threats Unit, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Visser and de Jong said they would share the information with the Dutch Intelligence and Security Services (AIVD). They both indicated that the Netherlands generally does not co-sponsor a listing request unless the individual or entity in question has a connection with the Netherlands. ¶2.
