Head of the Nuclear Affairs and Non-Proliferation Division
Henk cor van der Kwast confirmed the Dutch are systematically
preparing to host the June 2009 meeting. Pol-Mil Officer
discussed the actions being taken in regards to reftels on
December 23. Kwast is pleased with the contact and support
he is receiving from ISN and provided a review of his
planning meeting with ISN/WMDT. Kwast and Pol-Mil Officer
agreed to coordinate closely in the planning for the meeting
with the recognition that the primary conduit would be
directly with ISN/WDT. Embassy The Hague stands ready to
assist as appropriate to insure successful planning and
coordination.
