Lantern Officer, Embassy Regional Security Office contacted
Ran Sabati of the Israel Police Purchasing Department, as
well as Israel Prison Service Chief Weapons Officer Eitan
Ben-Avi. The officers each identified their own agency as
the end-users in their respective requests. They also
verified the specific types and quantities of equipment
