Kosovo Independence (reftel) to Amb. Eduardo Rosales, the
Foreign Ministry's Director of Exterior Affairs. He said
that he would check with Vice Foreign Minister Enrique Reina
based on the Ambassador's demarche with Reina on January 8,
2008. Post will report any response from the MFA.
