AmEmb Tegucigapla's Economic Section has seven staff members, including one EconCouns, three EconOff, one OMS and two FSN. Six additional FSN work with the Econ section but belong to USDA and FCS. -- B. Four positions spend time on energy matters, broken down by the following percentages: EconCouns: 30 percent EconOff: 60 percent OMS: 10 percent FSN econ specialist: 20 percent -- C. EconCouns maintains contact with senior GOH officials and private sector energy company managers. EconOff maintains contact with GOH officials, private industry, performs outreach, conducts research and writes reports. OMS performs administrative duties and FSN econ specialist assists with research and administrative duties. -- D.
