POLOFF delivered reftel demarche on requesting Honduran
recognition of Kosovo to the Director of Multilateral Affairs
at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Jose Lorenzana on October
12. Lorenzana acknowledged our previous demarches on the
same subject and said that the GOH was still considering all
points. He said he would take the request to Vice Minister
Rosales Ramirez, who is also Director of Foreign Policy, and
get back to us on Monday December 15. Post will follow up
with MFA and report any subsequent GOH decision.
