(U) On September 18, post received a dipnote from the MFA indicating that Georgia had completed the internal legal procedures required for entry into the "Agreement between the Government of Georgia and the Government of the United States of America on the Protection and Preservation of Certain Cultural Properties." Commission Chairman Warren Miller and Ambassador Vasil Sikharalidze signed the agreement in Washington on July 28. Below is an unofficial MFA translation of the note. ¶2.
