Per reftel request, Poloff delivered information paper to
Georgian MFA point of contact on Global Initiative (GI)
issues Nestan Bejanishvili on January 31. Bejanishvili said
she would review the information paper, adding that Georgia
did not yet have technical experts they could send to the
conference and would likely send representatives from the MFA
who work on GI issues instead.
