(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel points on May 13 to the MFA's Americas
Desk Chief Ismat Fayzullaev, who said he would pass the points to
the MFA's UN Department. Fayzullaev reaffirmed Uzbekistan's support
for UNSCR 1803. He took the opportunity to pass a diplomatic note
stating that the relevant Uzbek agencies had reviewed the list of
individuals identified in UNSCRs 1737, 1747, and 1803 and had
determined there were no obstacles to prohibiting travel by these
individuals into or through Uzbekistan. According to Fayzullaev, to
date no one from this list has attempted to enter Uzbekistan.
