1. This is an action request. Please see paragraph four.
2. Post has been provided with one additional name of an officer
nominated to participate in the Senior Executive Seminar 09-1 at the
Marshal Center in Garmisch, Germany. The training program is funded
by and arranged by the Marshal Center. The course will be held from
January 19 through January 29, 2009. The nominated official is
