SUBJECT: STOCKHOLM DELIVERS CERTIFICATE OF REVOCATION (SIMON
ENGLISH, CECILIO EDUARDO)

(SBU) Per reftel, Post hand delivered a letter to the Embassy of
Panama informing Panamanian Ambassador to Sweden Cecilio Eduardo
Simon English (DPOB: 01-OCT-1951, Panama) that his B1/B2 visa has
been revoked under INA 212(A)(3). The Ambassador's office
acknowledged receipt of the notice and subsequently called the
Consul to seek clarification. Consul referenced the text of the
Certificate of Revocation. Consul also advised the Panamanian
Embassy that Ambassador Simon English may attempt to establish his
eligibility for future travel to the United States by applying for a
visa at the U.S. Embassy if he so desires. The Panamanian Embassy
indicated that they would seek further information through their
mission in Washington, DC.
