(U) This cable responds to the guidance request in reftel for the following individuals to participate at the Manpower Managament Workshop to be held September 22-24, 2008 in Sarajevo Bosnia and Herzegovina, and at the Program on Advanced Security Studies to be held in a USCG Boarding Officer Course to be conducted at the Port of Bar, Montenegro from 22-26 September. ¶2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the following individuals listed in reftel and as of September 12, 2008 possesses no credible derogatory information.
