The Department has reviewed the relevant data sources and found no credible information of gross violations of human rights by the individual listed in paragraph 2, who has been selected to participate in ALP course training. ¶2. The candidates for training are: PINA DULUC, JUAN 03DEC1984 SANTIAGO DE LOS CABALLEROS DOMR M 031-0422018-5 DRAF ¶3. Post is therefore authorized to provide the following statement to appropriate interested parties: "Embassy verifies that as of August 27, 2008, the Department of State possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights by the individual listed above." This cable completes the joint human rights vetting approval process for the individual listed above to attend USAF-funded training. If at any time Embassy becomes aware of any information regarding incidents which could be deemed to be credible information of gross violation of human rights by the individual involved in this training, Embassy should so inform the Department.
