Begin text of note: The Embassy of the United States of America presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil and has the honor to inform the Ministry that pursuant to Article 3 and Annex I of the Agreement between the United States of America and the Federative Republic of Brazil on Air Transport, signed at Brasilia, March 21, 1989, as amended, the Government of the United States: 1) withdraws all previous designations and allocation of frequencies for scheduled all-cargo services, and 2) designates the following carriers to provide scheduled all-cargo services with frequency allocations as follows: Arrow Air, Inc. - 5 frequencies Centurion Air Cargo, Inc. - 7 frequencies Federal Express Corporation - 5 frequencies Polar Air Cargo Worldwide, Inc. - 10 frequencies United Parcel Service Company - 5 frequencies Complimentary close.
