designate the following U.S. carrier by delivering to GOM
officials the following diplomatic note. Please fax a copy
of the delivered note to EEB/TRA/AN for Dan Hutchens at
202-647-9143 and to DOT for Brian Hedberg at 202-366-3694.
Alternatively, Post may wish to scan and e-mail the delivered
note to HutchenD@state.gov and to Brian.Hedberg@dot.gov.

The Embassy of the United States of America presents its
compliments to the Secretariat of Foreign Relations of the
United Mexican States and informs the Secretariat that,
pursuant to Article 3 and Annex I of the U.S.-Mexico Air
Transport Services Agreement of 1960, as amended, the
Government of the United States of America designates the
following air carrier to provide scheduled combination
service in the following city-pair market:
JETBLUE AIRWAYS CORPORATION
Cancun-Washington, D.C.
