¶1. (U) This cable responds to the guidance request in
reftel
for IMET Couse at the US Coast Guard Training Center in
Yorktown, VA, from September 24, 2008, to December 05, 2008.
¶2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the following
individual listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of July 24, 2008:
