1. (U) This cable responds to the guidance request in
reftel for FMS-1 Course Squadron Officer School, scheduled
for 08 September, 2008, to 12 December, 2008, at Maxwell Air
Force Base in Alabama.
2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the following
individual listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of July 24, 2008:
NAME: Bojan Blagojevic
DOB: 13/04/1975
GENDER: Male
TITLE: Major, Commander of the 2nd Helicopter Section at the
Helicopter Squadron, the Air Force Base, Podgorica
ORGANIZATION: Montenegrin Armed Forces
NATIONALITY: Montenegrin
3. (SBU) Note that if Post subsequently becomes aware of
possible human rights violations by the individual listed
above, Post should inform the Department and not proceed
with
