REPRESENTATIVES IN NEW YORK


1. (SBU) Department requests Mission clearance for Amb.
Dailey and Bill Wright for meetings scheduled July 15-16.
Amb. Dailey requests assistance in arranging meetings with
the UN Counterterrorism Executive Director Mike Smith,
UN 1267 Chairman and Monitoring Team Director Richard Barrett,
and the Counterterrorism Implementation Task Force Director
Bob
Orr to discuss U.S. multilateral counterterrorism policy.
