1. (U) This cable responds to the guidance request in reftel
for IMET Couse at the AMEDD at Ft Sam Houston, July 27 to
November 21, 2008.
2. (SBU) The Department of State has vetted the following
individual listed in reftel and possesses no credible
derogatory information as of July 1, 2008:
NAME: Ratko Stamatovic
DOB: 01/02/1977
GENDER: Male
TITLE: Captain, Chief of Medical Station at the Third Training
Center in Jakovo, Belgrade, The General Staff of the Serbian
Armed
Forces
ORGANIZATION: Serbian Armed Forces
NATIONALITY: Serbian
3. (SBU) Note that if Post subsequently becomes aware of
possible human rights violations by the individual listed
