Special Envoy (S/E) to the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Sada Cumber wishes to express his sincere appreciation for the efforts and support of the American and Locally Employed Staff at Embassy Ankara during his June 5-6 visit. ¶2. S/E Cumber deeply appreciates the efforts of the Embassy staff in facilitating his meetings with MFA Gulf Department Head Ebru Barutcu Gokdenizler and COMCEC Director General Ferruh Tigli. He was privileged to discuss the efforts of Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation (ICFY) President and Prime Ministry Foreign Policy Advisor Ali Sarikaya and Secretary General Elshad Iskandarov, Fulbright Executive Director Ersin Onulduran and Ankara University Theology Dean Mualla Selcuk. S/E Cumber looks forward to further cooperation and expansion of these initiatives within the U.S.-OIC relationship. In this regard, S/E Cumber would like to thank in particular Jenifer Moore for her assistance in arranging and executing this visit.
