2. (S/NF) On April 24, 2002, the Al Rashid Trust was
added to the UN 1267
Committee's list of individuals and entities associated with
Usama bin Laden, al Qaida or the Taliban. According to
multiple sources available to
the U.S. Government, as of mid- 2007, Al Rashid Trust was
operating
under the name Al Amin Welfare Trust and the other AKAs
listed below.
On August 17, 2005, the Al-Akhtar Trust International was
added to the UN 1267
Committee's list of individuals and entities associated with
Usama bin Laden, al Qaida or the Taliban. According to
multiple
sources available to the U.S. Government, as of July 2007,
Al-Akhtar Trust International was using the alternate name of
the
Pakistan Relief Foundation and the other AKAs listed below.

ACTION REQUEST
3. (U) USUN is instructed to submit on June 23 to the
al-Qaida/Taliban Sanctions Committee the following AKAs for
two names previously
listed under UNSCR 1267:
