The Department of State has reviewed its files and finds that as of May 22, 2008, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights by the security officer listed below: POGIBA, YURI, COL Unit: Special Forces Alpha Unit, State Committee on National Security, Kyrgyz Republic DOB: 14 August 1965. Type of Training: US Special Forces Joint Combined Exchange Training Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. 15 August-30 September 2008. ¶2. Post is permitted to provide the following statement to authorized parties: Embassy verifies that the Department of State possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights by the security officer identified in paragraph 1 above, as of this date.
