Special Envoy (SE) to the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Sada Cumber wishes to express his sincere appreciation for the efforts and support of the American and Locally Employed Staff at Embassy Riyadh during his April 25-26 visit. ¶2. SE Cumber is appreciative of all of the efforts of the Embassy staff in facilitating his meeting with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al Faisal. It was a very positive and productive meeting. SE Cumber would like to thank in particular Horacio Ureta, Susan Ziadeh and Meghan Gregonis for their assistance in arranging this visit and for their continued guidance.
