Department requests country clearance for Office of Korean Affairs Director Sung Kim and delegation members listed in para 3 to travel to Seoul en route to Pyongyang for consultations related to the Six-Party Talks from April 21-25. Travelers will arrive Seoul April 21, travel to Pyongyang overland April 22, return overland to Seoul April 24, and depart Seoul April 25.
