The Department's Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance (PM/DTCC) requests Post's assistance in conducting a post-shipment end-use check on license number 05-050028972 for the export of defense hardware to India. Post is requested to complete this Blue Lantern within 45 days. Lack of response to a Blue Lantern inquiry will affect pending and future licenses involving parties to this license. ¶3. Reason for request: End User, Neera Technical Service Ltd., is an unfamiliar party. ¶4. Action Request: Department requests that Post make inquiries to confirm the bona fides of all foreign parties involved in this transaction, confirm that the end user received the items listed on the license, and that they are being used for the stated purpose. Determine whether or not Neera Technical Services Ltd is a responsible recipient of United States Munitions List (USML) items, and inform them that the unauthorized re-export or retransfer of USML items is strictly prohibited.
