1. Department requests country clearance for EAP Assistant
Secretary Christopher R. Hill and Special Assistant

SIPDIS
Christopher Klein to travel to Seoul February 24 to attend
the inauguration of ROK President-elect Lee Myung-bak. A/S
Hill will also participate in related events and meetings
while in Seoul and travel onward with the Secretary February
26 to other regional capitals.


2. Department requests posts to name a control officer and
arrange accommodations in Seoul. A/S Hill would appreciate
airport courtesies and transportation to the hotel. Please
provide cell phones and activate classified log-ons.
