This is an update of reftel, which invited Embassies Baghdad, Bangkok, Dakar, Doha, Kuwait and Riyadh to nominate up to four host country participants each for the March 10-14 Counterterrorism Financial Regulation training course at the FDIC Training Facilities in Arlington, Virginia. ¶2. We continue to await responses from posts by February 22. ¶3. For Bangkok and Dakar: Since Embassy Baghdad has indicated it will be unable to nominate any participants, and the course can accommodate a total of 25, we now invite Embassy Bangkok to nominate two additional participants and Embassy Dakar to nominate three additional participants. ¶4. It would be extremely helpful in facilitating the flow of information to receive post nominations by email. Duplicate responses by front channel cable are welcome if posts desire. ¶5.
