(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals are candidates for an ILEA Bangkok Post Blast Investigations course scheduled from January 12-23, 2009 in Bangkok, Thailand. ¶2. (U) Candidates: PCINSP Rommel D.
