(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that, to date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the units and commanders identified below. These units and commanders are candidates to attend the ODC - Joint Combined Exercise and Training (JCET Flash Iron in FY 2009. The approximate U.S. funding for this event is $110,900. ¶2.
