(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that, to date, it possesses no credible information of gross human rights violations for the individuals listed below. These individuals are candidates for attendance at an Aerospace Medicine Primary training course from January 30, 2009 to March 27, 2009 in San Antonio, Texas. The Brooks City-Base will conduct the training. ¶2.
