(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that, to date, it possesses no credible information of gross human rights violations for the individual listed below. This individual is a candidate for attendance at an Aerospace Medicine Primary training course from January 30, 2009 to March 27, 2009 in San Antonio, Texas. The Brooks City-Base will conduct the training. ¶2.
