(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that, to date, it possesses no credible information of gross human rights violations for the individuals listed below. These individuals are candidates for attendance at an Intelligence in Combating Terrorism training course from January 19, 2009 to February 6, 2009 in Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The Intelligence School conducts this training program. ¶2.
