(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, to date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights committed by the individual listed below. This individual is a candidate to participate in JUSMAG THAI courses: UH 60 Aviator Qualification, AVN Maintenance Leader, AVN Maintenance Manager, and UH 60 Maintenance Test Pilot. The course schedules run from January 8, 2009 through July 8, 2009. ¶2.
