(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individuals identified below. These individuals are candidates for a JUSMAG IMET Manpower Personnel Officer course starts January 30, 2009 through March 19, 2009 at Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. ¶2.
