(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that, to date, it possesses no credible information of gross human rights violations for the individuals listed below. These individuals are candidates for attendance at a Combined Strategic Intelligence Training Program course scheduled from January 8, 2009 through February 27, 2009 in Washington, D.C. conducted by the Defense Intelligence Agency. ¶2.
