(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, to date, it possesses no credible evidence of gross violations of human rights committed by the individual listed below. This individual is a candidate to participate in a DAO Advanced Security Cooperation/Executive Course at the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies from January 22, 2009 through March 11, 2009. ¶2.
