(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and found that, as of this date, it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individual identified below. This individual received a nomination to participate in the APCSS ASC 09-1 in Hawaii, USA from January 22, 2009 through March 11, 2009. ¶2.
