(SBU) The Department of State reviewed its files and finds that it possesses no credible information of gross violations of human rights for the individuals listed below. These individuals are candidates for the Post-Blast Investigations Course at ILEA Bangkok. The course runs from January 11-23, 2009. ¶2. (U) Although Singapore's Internal Security Department detains a limited number of suspected terrorists without charge or trial as permitted by Singapore law, Embassy Singapore possesses no credible evidence that either of the above-named individuals has committed gross violations of human rights. ¶3.
